How to Help

North Carolina VOAD responds to communities in need during blue and gray skies.

For more information on how to donate or volunteer, click below.

VolunteerNC is thrilled to invite you to our recently launched platform for disaster response and recovery in North Carolina. This resource-matching platform will allow you to post your goods, services, and information needs or offers, and will automatically make a match if one is available.

To get started, go to https://volunteernc.app.needslist.co/issues/NC_Resiliency and click on “Sign up.” After you’ve answered the questions, one of our admins will approve your organization and you can start posting.

NeedsList is a resource-matching platform that allows relief organizations to post relevant needs and offers. The platform can automatically match resources and needs, allowing immediate coordination for exchanging goods and services. The NeedsList platform is the product of a collaboration between the North Carolina Organizations Active in Disaster (NCVOAD) and VolunteerNC, funded by the Duke Energy Foundation.

If you have any trouble, you can visit the Help section or let me know.

Thank you!
